At Noldor Cattery we raise our kittens with love and care. Our greatest wish is that their journey to a new family is not only safe, but also filled with joy.
Finding the Right Home
We carefully choose the future families for our kittens around 8 to 10 weeks of age. By considering their personality and the environment they will grow up in, we do our best to ensure that both the kittens and their new owners will be happy together.
Age of Placement
Kittens leave for their new homes at a minimum age of 14 weeks. This extra time with their mother and siblings ensures proper socialisation, balance, and full physical development.
Companion Kittens
Kittens placed as companions must be neutered or spayed before the age of 10 months. The original pedigree will be handed over once veterinary proof of neutering is provided.
Breeding with Noldor Kittens
We are proud when one of our kittens is chosen for breeding. For the wellbeing of the cats and the breed, we only consider placing breeding kittens with registered catteries. Conditions are always discussed individually.

Lifelong Commitment
On average, a Norwegian Forest Cat lives 15 years or more. Welcoming one into your home is a thoughtful, long-term decision. In the rare case you can no longer care for your kitten, please reach out — together we will find the best solution.
Our Shared Commitment
To help cover veterinary costs, parental testing, registrations, food and overall care, we ask for a contribution from new owners. This is a gesture of support for the dedication put into every litter, not a commercial sale.
“Once a kitten leaves our home, they remain part of our extended family forever.”
